Since yesterday evening (the event in Washington D.C.), we know that a large part of the so-called leaders here on LinkedIn are perfectly and very much in line with the mainstream media pap, knowledgeable about democracy, diplomacy, negotiation, and peace defense.
But how do they fare in detecting bad recruiters from a distance?
Can company captains, visionary leaders, etc., leverage the opportunities of partnership with trusted Executive Search advisors, or do they, in their lethargy/immaturity, etc., fall prey to shady recruiters?
Today, let’s focus on a dozen or so badges/symptoms of recruitment amateurs. It’s worth taking this topic seriously and not allowing them to wreak havoc on the labor market and talent acquisition. It’s important for company decision-makers to think deeply about who they partner with in this crucial area for their companies.
